Summary: He just came to me as a police seargent (no corrupt in his job name) and told me i would look like someone who is a gang member. He said I have to pay 500 $.
I didn't pay, cause i didn't see a reason for that. Than he arrested me. In my opinion that isnt the right behavior for a (non corrupt) seargent.
