Raiding a base whilst it is still under constrution

Thread Title: Raiding while i was still building

Summary: I was still building the base and then i got a search warrant, I say in OOC that we where still building, the officers entered the base. Once they entered i informed them again i was still building and the all left apart form Dobby. He believes that when he raids everyone should stop building not the other way around.

I didn't know you were building. I was called because of high walls, by the time I searched you and your friend it was too late and I arrested you both.

If he raided for high walls and you had spawned contraband and already had weapons they had more than enough reasons to raid you. Regardless if you were building you were still breaking the law and for that you got arrested.
