Summary: I was being a rebel on the server, we were having a little base across big hells where we had some contras. Suddenly we had the SRU standing outside our house and demanding a search, I ask them what reason they had for a search but they just kept ignoring me. In the radio they asked for a search warrant on my name with the reason of nothing. I asked multiple times for a reason ingame and in local OOC but they still kept ignoring me. I then decided to writte a pm to Generation to get answered my question on why they did a search again I got no answer. Later on the SRU started to brag about what they had achived in OOC and I felt like this could be a chance for getting a reason, since they now where active in the OOC, so I asked once again for a reason but they kept on ignoring me. To end of this I would like to make clear, I am not here crying because I lost my contras, thats all fine its not legal and it is a risk you take, my problem is just that I'm feeling that there really where no valid reason to search me. I would have no problem at all if they just gave me a reason. I really felt like there was not being roleplayed properly in this sittaution since I was not given a reason and just ignored, it felt like it was just a grab and go, and that they just had to do it quickly with out carrying about anything.

I then multiple times ask for a reason for the search

Also, not a good idea to place contra on the outer wall, since you hear it pretty easy

Sorry that we might upset you, but that is how things can go some times on FL. You just have to suck it up. I don't know your exact hours, but you seem pretty new. You'll learn from these types of things, like not to place contra on the outer wall. Also, people do NOT have to tell you their RP reason for their actions. That's why I wrote 1.12, the number of the rule. Bye!

No it was not a good idea to place my contra to the outer wall, but that is a little of topic. The reason for this post on the forum was that you did not resbond to my answers and did not have any reason for the search. This is also stated in rule 10.1

I know you do not have to give a reason to me but i saw no reason (As proved in the first picture bellow) when "Finn Conlon" radioed in the request for the warrant of the search of my house and thereby you do not have a valid reason for searching my property at the time.

Well, it's good to hear that you visited the rules page!
10.1 Do not randomly search a property; you must have probable cause. Some examples include:
10.1a Gunfire heard coming from within the property;
10.1b Criminal activity visible on the property;
10.1c A suspect on the property;
10.1d Contraband heard or visible on the property. < This is a reason!

I do not feel like you had a propal cause of the search warrant (As proved in the first picture below) as you did not mension that you heard Contraband on the property in the radio message for the search warrant request

Not sure how that whole search warrant request went down, don't think I was the one that requested it though. Might have been that the pres was ignoring and he sent with the reason "please" to hurry things up. Oh wait, now I remember, the pres denied the search first for some weird reason... I don't know, you will have to check logs...
