Summary: Last night i had encountered a player that was breaking RP after avoiding arrest in a non RP manner, prop blocked and disconnected intentionally through the event. The event involved raiding his apartment due to evidence by other people that there was contra being produced within the property. This was also witnessed by [FL:RP]Zer0 as he was part of the RP event. I can also provide screenshot evidence to show.

So, i was a witness of the prop blocking, talking german in OOC.
That's why i made a PR: http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=75991
But then i discovered this treath. Also, my PR includes that he was talking german in OOC alot.
