TANKS ARE FUCKING AWESOME

Spoiler :
Tanks in World War 2 were commonly used, especially compared to World War 1. The German Panzers were fucking beasts, they used them to literally roll over Poland, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France and some of the Soviet Union.
Fun fact: The Allies managed to guess how many tanks the Germans had simply by looking at the serial number on some of the destroyed tanks.
But the German tanks actually weren't superior - their strategies were.

But Germany wasn't the only one who had a ton of tanks, so did the Soviet Union. In fact, the Soviet Union had more tanks than the rest of the world combined, both before the war started and after the war ended. But they were almost only foreign designed tanks, so there's that. None the less, the Soviet tanks were praised as the best tanks in the entire world.

Then there were the British who had two different types of tanks - Infantry Tanks and Cruiser Tanks. The Infantry Tanks were meant to support the infantry and generally wreak havoc on the enemies while Cruiser Tanks were meant to be manueverable and easy to split off from the rest of the group.

The United States had only few tanks prior to their entrance to World War 2. In fact, the 10th Armored divison didn't even have any tanks even after Pearl Harbor.
The United States eventually started getting quite a few tanks and sent them over to fight. The first ones were Light Tanks, which ended up being in use throughout the entire war.

France also had a very large tank force, and like the British they had two types - the Cavalry Tanks and Infantry Tanks. They were the same as the British tanks, the Cavalry Tanks being an equivelant to Cruiser Tanks
