I understand why you posted the BR, But I think you need to take into consideration that he was a low hour player (20 -30ish). He has read the rules and pulled a gun out as job "Citizen" without changing job before(which is wrong) But come on Panda, Take it easy with the BRs it's not like it hurt someone right? We solved the problem by telling him to change his job name to "Criminal and so he did. Please take it easy with these kinds of BRs, Atleast in my opinion.
