Summary: Well I was near the lake pulled over on the side and then I saw him in a stolen police car so I went over to go see why he stole it and he he pulled out a mp5 and then RDM me and then a few min later he did a mass rdm in the city.

Evidence: I did not have time to start recording as it happened so fast but if u check the logs it will show u everything.
