I'm sure there's a good reason behind it. Like I said earlier, if there wasn't a good reason not to demote them, it would've been done. That's all I'll say..

And why do you point out that issue like it's my problem? It's clearly the admin teams problem, and they need to do something about it, as it's making people leave and it ruins peoples experience on the gamemode
I did not mean it like that, Greed. And I agree with you, how the staff team acts and and their activity will give new players a vision about the server.
..But it is also up to us "normal" players to help out new people and make them understand the server and the gamemode.
How am I supposed to help him then? Cause the only way I can think off is to talk about the main issue which the point of this thread is
Again.. Help him/her getting used to the gamemode. Make him/her feel welcome.. Instruct the person about the rules, help them set up a good RP.. I know it can be tough getting them to listen to you, but give it a shot.
But how would that help them, if the first thing they see is that this server is infested with minges, and there's no staff members on at all? I know for a fact that if I joined a server and saw this, I would without doubt never come back again, if I knew I would have to accept the fact that people break the rules and there's nothing I can do about it but to constantly record and waste my day posting PRs
