It was all up to the Leader to what happened to him I was only looking for him as the Leader said that 2 guys were raiding he had gotten 1 and this guy was the last 1, I Told him to follow me just to confirm that this was the guy

In my opinion this was not Powergaming as he raided I told him to follow me to see if this was the said person and he complied I still do not see what is wrong.

Then he was confirmed as the guy he was hostaged in the base like I stated before

No I was sure this was the guy considering he was looking at our base at the people inside and he matched the description I was given and looked like he was trying to hide I also did not make him go on Deadshots property to Hostage him I did it because I was bringing him to Deadshot as he is the Leader and decides what should be done with him Deadshot decided to Hostage him and then it went on from there.

Yes but the original Idea for me was not for him to be a Hostage I did not know he was going to be hostaged until he was hostaged inside the base I had a gun already on me as he said he was raided and we know that Raiders tend to have guns on them and I told him to go to Deadshot AKA the base where Deadshot was. I can see how it may seem like he was being forced but I would not really consider that as I only had a gun for my safety

I don't know if this is the time where I should add "Lying in the courthouse" There was no descripiton given... Still you forced him to get hostaged.
