Posting on behalf of myself and Corie the Nub. There is a shorter version of this at the bottom of the page in bold for the lazy people.
Ok let me start this off once more by saying that all people who breach the "FL ToS" get a permanent ban or suspension from using the FL services. There is nothing about anyone getting a warning. We did not get a warning but some people did the exact same thing as me and corie but yet we get banned without no warning.
1.12. Are there things I can't do on the Services? You must not use the Services to harm others or the Services. For example, you must not:
"Resell or redistribute any part of the Services or access to the Services;" -- Wood sold us the gamemode as you know but how come he is not banned?
"You must not attempt to disassemble, decompile, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or use for other purposes the Services, any application, or other content available or accessible through the Services. If you do, we may suspend your account and your ability to access the Services." -- Is this what Temar did to make LL? Why is he not banned this is a clear violation of the ToS.
"You must not breach or aid others in carrying out actions or procedures which violate CityRP rules, Fearless Forums rules, the Agreement or can bring harm to Fearless in any way. In case any of the listed rules or points have been breached or one has been aiding in carrying out anything seen as malicious or violating, appropriate disciplinary actions (in the form of suspensions) will be issued by Fearless Staff."

It has come to our attention you are running a leaked version of the CityRP gamemode which you do not have permission to run, because of this I am now writing this message to inform you all of possible consequences this will lead to.
Within the team we have decided the fate of the staff team on LawfulRP, this has been discussed with the whole team including Soulripper.
We've decided to give all staff members in this community a chance to resign from their position here, you have exactly 48 hours from this message being posted otherwise it will have consequences. Every staff member who remains after the 48 hours will be permanently banned from all Fearless Services, this being Forums, Teamspeak and the servers.

If they get a 48 hour warning why did we not get the same? It's only fair. Even after the 48 hour warning you did not ban them all. No one even said anything about what we were doing.

Stop using leaked gamemode of FL and start using something else like Applejack. If you do that then no bans will be necessary.
It's a compromise. But what kind of a leader would georgy be if he wouldn't be willing to make compromises for the good of his community and staff?"

So? where is our warnings or compromises...
Short Version: People got a warning for using FL game mode and staff tried to reason with them so they did not get banned however when we did the same we just got banned on the spot how fair is this?
