Summary: The evidence does not only show this player in the act, it also shows the complete devastation of the server post his reckless and selfish acts. This player is here to only minge and cause chaos. They joined, minged, and left. During the time it took me to PM MasterNoda for assistance and swap back to gather more evidence, he had converted the server into a catastrophic mess and left. I believe the evidence shows the following offences, as these were those taking place:

Prop Surfing
Prop Smashing
Prop Pushing
Prop Killing
Suicide
NLR (Returning to mainstreet after suicide.)

This is after the respawn of the minge and they continue to wreak havoc on main-street. Notice my Food? Less than 5 minutes have passed thus breaking NLR.
