There isn't a huge differance between builds, but the OS one doesn't have a optical drive or sound card which you don't need but are very handy to have. But if you use Steam for games and have no use for a drive then don't have one. And if you always use headphones you don't really need a sound card.
I believe all the builds are around €700 but they may be under/over because I'm in £.
Looks great. Yeah. I download all my shit, never use my optical drive. I think a sound card is uneccesary as I can just purchase some speakers.

Yeah man, that build will run all of the most recent games at a decent setting with good FPS. I'd still say keep the main components that I suggested like the CPU and GPU (Or swap it out for a slightly better one if you can afford it) and if you need add more RAM. But for the budget you have I'd recommend that or something very similar.
