Your evidence is completely invalid as in not a single screenshot does it show the accused players on your screen.
I find it rather odd how you point your mouse right next to the chairs and people instead of aiming towards them so we can see the owner of this chair or the name of the person, etc.
However I do see one violation.
You're allowed to make builds such as yours in that part of the city however if you do so, you're not allowed to contrafarm in here as it gives an unfair advantage to the owner of the build.
Denied.
