Alright then.

We will attempt to implement the most unobtrusive way of restarting at first - only after some time and only when the server is empty for a while.

If that will mean that the system doesn't go in affect (which we will add a command to check for anyone) often enough we will think of doing a set restart every day.

Suggestion approved.
