Agreed; S.W.A.T is a lot cooler.. Whenever I am SRU Sergeant, I always change it to S.W.A.T Commander or Sergeant.

But yes, its a simple name change. Can't be too hard.

It makes perfect sense actually. It isn't referring to that persons title it's referring to the department.

Example
Strategic Response Unit
Counter Terrorism Unit
Rapid Response Unit
Armed Response Unit

These are the name of the department within the Law Enforcement Agency then the members of that department technically have the title Unit. If anything what should be added is SRU- Officer.
