Welp, where to start. If you run into zeros and ones they would most likely have a space in between each, so each 8 digits are representing one character defined in the ASCII-Sheet. Your number therefore CANNOT be decrypted as it cannot be divided by 8.
Basic math really. (Avgar pls no roast, i know i left out hexadecimals and binary system etc.)
