Hey. Remove all your addons.
Then redownload the map from fearlessrp.net/content or find it in the workshop.

If the problem still persists go to your garrysmod folder and delete the second garrysmod folder.
Then start up the game again.

When you have gone through these options join the server and make a cup of coffee as the loading screen suggests. Even if it is stuck on sending client info again, let it finnish. Give it time.

Well there must be something left in your folders if it states the same reason.
Check your addons folder and get rid of everything in there.
