On 15/06/2016 Members of the Bordeaux Cartel was able to inflitrate the EvoCity Border and smuggle in Narcotics and Contraband. Amount Unknown.

This is only on a small scale. It is estimated that 100x what was Smuggled in today will be smuggled within the next few weeks by Boat and Air transport.

Factories not yet set up and working within EvoCity estimated date of completion 21/06/2016.
