I'll confirm this for you, there will definitely not be another wipe.

The wipe last time brought some great players back, but it also brought back a ton of chaos and minges out to break rules and ruin the server.

Unless something extremely drastic happens and the last resort is a ban wipe which let's be honest, the chances of that are probably 1%, it will not happen.
