Your health system is a socialist health care system and inadequate resulting in long wait times, so in terms of developed the USA is much better. (the free market and competition create better doctors, government can't do anything correctly. ) 
The US Dept. of Education should be demolished and allow local school systems to educate the students as they deem necessary. Federal mandates and liberal influence are destroying education. But I'm sure the same is for you.
