Why we should unban you: Alright I'm not asking to be unbanned, I did break several rules, and of course with the amount of hours playing the server I should know better. I'm formally apologising for the several offences I committed. I have been banned for a total of nine months, I now have seven months and thirteen days left on my ban, I was also issued several blacklists which are literally the biggest blacklists I have ever seen on the forums ever. Literally. Six day blacklist from weapons lol. Now I was always planning on apologising for my acts, however I thought I'd leave it a little, so I did. I've left it about two months in the hope that you will reduce my ban time. Those who have roleplayed with me know that when I am passive roleplaying, I am a good roleplayer! Hence my six roleplay points (I did have seven but Snowred took one away from me, obviously because I was committing mass genocide and this isn't really a good roleplay idea, at the end of the day there weren't many people on the server, and I was just having some fun, (I KNOW THIS ISN'T AN EXCUSE!) I hope you will see that you know maybe the blacklists are severe enough, I'm literally going to only be able to fish for four days on in-time gameplay. (THATS 96 HOURS!) - Rest assure, I will never RDM, CDM, Propkill or cause nuisance on Fearless ever again, but I truly miss being on the server, I hope you will let me come back sooner!

Hello Dawson,

I went on the server as someone messaged me on steam the sever was in a really bad condition at the time, I went on undercover to see what was going on on the server and noting down the names which broke rules at the time.
You were one of the people who were breaking massive amounts of rules at the time, bad condition or not you should have known way better than to do such things.
With your amount of hours I'd expect you to behave even in such situation, it doesn't look good for newer players that someone with your amount of hours break all these rules. You're the one who broke the rules and thus you should also be able to accept the punishment that follows your rulebreakage.
I fail to see how you deserve a second chance, just being sorry one and a half month later than the rulebreakage doesn't really show anything.

Well, it's down to you but I feel like I've learnt my lesson, and I know never to do this again. I completely understand the new players view on it, and accept that it wasn't a great idea to cause such an uproar on the server and mass RDM everyone.

I think Dawson's had enough time to think about his actions, the whole server was doing the same things he was and they only recieved blacklists or short bans (i.e One week - One month). I was on the server at the time and to rule him out and make his ban 9 months seems very severe in comparison to the other bans/blacklists that were given.

I'd also like to add that the majority of those kills were not RDM, look at the time logs. It was from multiple police/SRU raids on our base.
