Title of Suggestion: surrendering/Hands behind back when handcuffed
Description:When being arrested you can put your hands in the air, and also when being handcuffed your hands are behind your back.
Why:This will make it more realistic, and you can tell if someone is handcuffed or if they are surrendering.
