Im here to point out just a couple points wich you should know.
Just cause you asked a person $500 and count down from 5 to 0 doesn't allow you to ruin a passiveRP.
You did it In public wich wouldn't make sense In the first place and you wouldn't have an RP reason to do so anyway as a simple countdown isn't a legit reason.

Just because they don't give you money when you countdown, doesn't mean you are permitted to ruin passive RP, let alone do it in public. You have to take into account things like if they don't know the command or can't understand you if you're speaking in a microphone because a lot of peoples' microphones are pieces of shit.
