Summary: The person was standing still the entire time with his vehicle, when suddently he starts moving around which results in him cdming the president, after this happens he doesnt bother to get out of the car to check if he is alright. He also broke FearRP by not getting out of the vehicle while I Was next to his car window with an M4. Later he also lied in chat by saying he didnt break FearRP as I shot him before telling him to get out.
