Mechanic | Custom Colors

Before you all start telling me how to use the wrench that is not what I am asking.

When customizing peoples cars, how do you unlock the custom color chart that allows you to input the RGB values yourself. I once had it usable for someones car but i don't know how to use it on mine or some other ones. Is it only for some cars or only for some people?

you cannot use custom colors, the admins are the ones who paint the cars in a rare color.

Followup: Can you request / buy that from them or is it whenever they feel like it?

You will need to ask them if they can do it. I don't think they will do it unless for a RP

There's currently a few cars that's excluded from the mechanic coloring tool due to the missing alpha map. It basically means when you color these cars everything on them will be colored, interiors, exterior, wheels etc.
These cars are:
BMW
Supra
Tides truck
Trabant

Might be more, those are the ones I can remember right now.
