Ok when I spawn my car it has all these silver things in it. And when I try to drive thouse rotate!!
After restarting my GMod for 3 times it still didn't work. PLS Help!!

Hello. This is a very common error.

To fix this, go to ESC > Options > Video > Advanced > Model Detail > High
