Well as 3 people say that guy has been breaking the rules I think it's quiet fair to issue a weeks ban for being a general Minge against him.
Still, your behavior Zzzzap, as Mikey already said, was not the best. If a Minge kills you, you don't try to kill him too, you really can do better than that, don't get down to his level. Gather evidence, report him and he will get banned. Consider this a warning, next time you RDM somebody, Minge or not, you will get a ban too.
