I may post something and somebody may reply, but I don't know they replied unless I manually skimmer through the forums and find it. It's quite annoying and I was wondering if its just me that doesn't get them, or is something that is Missing from the forums?

There is a feature which sends you an email or PM when someone responds to your threads.
Got to User CP > Edit Options > Set Defult Supscription mode to either PM or Emails. Depends on what you want Hope this helps
