Reason: Metagaming. Using job as one of the reasons to interact with someone.

Involved: [FL] Skummet, Azog (me), Geri, and [FL] Lesanka, and a very tiny bit [FL] Falcao



It all started off with me and a couple of renamed rebels at the moment called "Original Gangsters", we flashed some guns in the local casino, which lead to [FL]Falcao calling the police, that finally lead to me getting arrested. 
Myself and a couple other Original Gangsters sent threats to Falcao. I went to the Casino to get some information from the barmaid, which was [FL] Lesanka.
I wanted to know where he lived, where he hangs around besides the Casino. She only described what he is wearing. (AKA Admin suit)

A couple moments afterwards Geri and I saw the man that was described. - We pulled up our mac 10's and started running after him shouting "Stop, motherfucker" etc. All gangster stylish.
Then he clipped through the corner wall. (Im not accusing him of admin abuse, I think he just did not realise we were talking to him.) He comes back after just some seconds and back into the corner, where we have two Mac-10's pointing straight at his face. (This was [FL] Skummet)
We told him to tell us where his friend was. (All of this in gangster style, after all: all we wanted is the revenge on Falcao)

He then lasered me back a couple of steps, saying this is not allowed, that you cant wave around with guns in public, I replied with us being behind BP and in a corner, with no players in sight. (This was not taking hostage, purely obtaining information about the man we want to see dead.)
He then said; that since we're visible from the gasoline station, and that we would not do that in real life. - That we would have to take that another place, another time.
How ever, Im not Original Gangster IRL either, and Im sure they would not have a problem pulling a gun out on somebody where nobody else sees them, or to prove a point.

I ran after him as he started walking the sidewalk again, trying to explain the RP situation as well as I can, unfortunately I mentioned his job as one of the reasons we interacted with him. (They both had the same job: Professional Businessman or something like that) Note: The main reason we approached him was because we thought it was Falcao. - But his friend/buisness associate could surely get us to him, so that works well too. 


He then lasered me up on a building telling me that to base interactions with other players on the job is meta gaming, and therefor Im getting banned. - How ever the roleplay goes much deeper than that.
He says that Im lucky that his in a good mood today, and gives me 1 day instead of one month. (which I am great full of, but however not pleased with.)

I do not care much of the 1 day ban, but I how ever feel that this is not right. And I dont want to have a unjust full ban on my record.

Hello Azog, I first of all wants to state why i noclipped into the wall, I did not hear you screaming to me to stop at anypoint, and thats what i usually do when people starts to chase me and just stare at me not interacting at all, however i heard you picked up a gun at the same second so i cameback to the location.

Next point that i want to explain is why i told you that you should take it somewhere else. From the location we was standing we can be seen both from the Gasstation and also from the Nexus Garage, wich makes it a very visable and a risky place to commit a crime on, remember you should try to keep a low profile.

Regarding metagaming, you assumed, just becouse i had the same job as Falcao, that we where friends, baseing a interaction out of that is metagaming and therefor i had to ban you. I can assure you that me and falcao was not, in anyway roleplaying together at the set time.

I totally understand and Im not accusing you of anything with the no clipping "incident" or whatever you might call it.

How ever, flashing some guns in your face in the backstreet of BP(with no-one around that is visible) I see nothing wrong with as an "Original Gangster" hunting for the person that wronged him, and is responsible for putting him behind bars. We just wanted you to tell him where he was, was not going to hostage you or anything like that.

I did not base it simply on that you had the same job, you also wore the exact same clothes as he did (which was the reason we approached you at all)-  Which we got described to us via the barmaid at the casino.

I just think it's unfair that you banned me because I mentioned your job as ONE of the reasons we interacted with you is because of your job.
Remember that it was not only me, but the other guy - Geri was on with it too. Even though he received no punishment. I just see this whole incident as unfair.
And unfair bans of any kind is not something I approve of.

I understand your point of view, and will consider with other admins if we should remove the ban or not, please be patient and we will sort this out.
