So what happened the first time we approached him of no intention of doing anything then he starts shooting Oliver.Burke killing him in the proses. Then I had to kill him. When Oliver was walking on the streets he came up behind Oliver and tazed him and ran off. He failed to admit he purposely killing Oliver.Burke despite being told by the police sergeant. We eventually managed to trick him into telling him the truth. proof is below. P.S oliver helped out a lot.
