Summary: This man (as a gun dealer) RDMed me (I have no proof of the RDM) and then ran to the top of the Backstreet Apartments and just prop-blocked himself in. I also got reports that he was just shooting people from the top of the apartments, but I can not clarify and I have no evidence of that. I do, however, have a video of the prop-block.

I can not see any RDM,s in the logs eather however the video shows propblock, I will issue a 1h blacklist from Pysgun,toolgun and enteties/props.
