Summary: I saw a guy tranqulizing a lot of people, so I went up to him and to check his name (I have already made a BR on him). Then this police officer does his job perfectly, until he decides to shoot this guy, when he was clearly standing still after fleeing, ready to be arrested. To me this seems wrong, and I am pretty sure that this is breaking the rules, that is established on the server(s).
