Summary: I simply joined in on the server, and I was updating myself on the newest rules, I got shot by this guy with a Tranqulizer. I was not the only one.. You can see in the video that I was not the only one who was hit. Serval players was affected by this guy. He is caught fleeing at gun point also which is FailRP.
