Summary: There was a blackmaket Dealer that tried to sell food to me, and I told him thats not his job to do so you sell illiegal goods. And he told me "Black Market Dealer? Were?" I could tell this guy never RP'ed before or he was just being a ass, anyways after that He started to punch me and I knocked him out to arrest him, when I did so he left the game to get out of jail.
Evidence:

(Radio) Micheal Lightning Fox: President could you warrant iNferNaL for an arrest.
*** Micheal Lightning Fox starts to handcuff Harry Apple.
*** Micheal Lightning Fox clicks both cuffs over each hand therefore, finishing
handcuffing Harry Apple.
Target got away.
(Radio) Barney Stinson: I have warranted iNferNaL for an arrest.
(Radio) Micheal Lightning Fox: I have arrested iNferNaL.
