Thread Title: Report: Tails

Summary: I was playing on a server, when tails came in( see screenshot), and tried to prop block me inside my own building( no evidence of it), but caught him in time, after that he went to the house next to me, where a car was placed, then he spawned a prop and used it to push the car with it. (no evidence, unfortunately) then he was said a message to a specific one about that that person's car had an "accident" (that was caused by him)
After he was gone, I followed him from a distance, and saw him attempting to propclimb into someone's base (evidence incl.), but I think he saw me and went away.
A few seconds later he spawned a prop again, and used it to climb over the fence of the same base (see evidence)
After he was climbed over the fence he was coming outside from the base with a knife, trying to stab me and another one with his knife, and went back in the base, so I was getting my gun as self defense and got myself into the base, by a open door.
When we saw him inside, he multiple times called out the "n*gger" word, which is offending.
This guy has 700+ hours and 1 RP point!
