UBR Foxi

I'm going to cite what I said before about the 7 day rule (source: http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php...#pid550583):

Avgar Wrote:As it stands, the rule is exactly:
6. If no staff member replies on your unban request within 7 days, your request will always be in your advantage and your ban will be removed from your record.

In the rule it is not explicitly stated that this is only valid for the first reply. On top of that, as previous cases have shown it is adhered to whether or not the last reply was the first one to the unban request or a later one.

If we do decide to enforce the rule only for the first reply then this will be discussed, implemented and explicitly stated.

This case has another detail, as Infernaw pointed it out. Seeing as you made an UBR while knowing you broke the rules (FearRP in this case).

Conclusion:
The permanent ban will be lifted because no reply has been made for 7 days by a staff member (UBR rule 6). However, the last chance stays and the ban remains on record because the player in question has made an UBR while also breaking UBR rule 4.

Unban request approved.
