Combining one prop as cover on the ground and one on the ceiling is allowed, the gap shouldn't be smaller than the size of that in the bunker prop.

Chest-high cover is generally allowed, but there are limits.

Your top prop is unsupported as it's not attached to the ceiling, or anything with that matter. Your props are over chest high, you can barely see your head which breaks the 2 rules above.
