I was blacklisted for CDM when the guy was in the middle of the road and I was driving. I tried to brake but too late. I got out of the car but he was dead.  So I do not see how this was CDM when I checked if he was dead CDM is if you kill someone and not dead.    I do not see this as my fault.

I think this is wrongful because I was racing with this guy and we were speeding so he tried to brake and then he ran into him then he stopped and checked his body but he was dead so there was no way this was on purpose or cdm because he had no way of seeing this guy as we were going 54mph and at the time there was alot of lag.Furthermore , the admin just blacklisted him without even discussing it with a whitness invlolved and evidence.
