Summary: whe pullen him over BeCause he hit my car at that moment he pulled over we get out of the car and he runnen away so we started chasing him when we finly box him in whit some other office he didnt want to get out of his car (fearRP right) when he finly got out i try to giveing him a fine of Recless driveing wrong he just repaired his car and started Running again so whe chased him again but when we got him he Disconected aga in and rejoined
