Dude, you were fighting with me over OOC about me kicking you for caps... thats where it started
You then went on and Whined even more about how we should give warnings, even though when you join the server the rules pop up in your face...
Then you started insulting a country.

I dont care if your from the country... Its just plane wrong..

So im going to say No unban. but i will let another admin decide.
