Summary: Whas police officer speed limet in city was 30MPG saw a vehicle going 50MPG in the city Got in police cruser to pull over vehicle. vehicle driver got out of vehicle after running for about 1 min, I tazed the vehicle driver then vehicle driver left server and rejoined to avoid arrest
