Summary: He basically kept placing his dupe in front and through our build after we told him and asked him not to several times!
Also, this wasn't just as they were "trying to place it" as this went on for quite a while and eventually i hit the guy once with a baseball bat as he started body blocking my building. Then he breaks RP and says im getting banned for RDM. I know i shouldn't of hit him, but he was stood there blocking the door mic spamming so i did what needed to be done due to no staff on the server at the time.

I would like a statement from CoalBlackBird.
Do you also have any other evidence? Examples being the chat, because from the evidence you have given it doesn't show deliberation.

No sorry, it was mainly done using voice chat. It all started because when we placed our dupe, it went a tiny bit into the next building, then when we moved it, he seemed to find it fun to use a ghosted dupe spamming in our barbers. I can ask him to come provide a statement if needed?

Also, the collaboration was party done with his friend : Deckers 1998 who was a nice guy, but then he continues with this dupe minge anyway even after we move our prop out from the next over store

Basically i was trying to build a gun store from the dupe, and when I placed it there build went over so I asked them to move it, which they did. Then I tried different dupes to see what was the best fit and granted it went into the others store but It wasn't on purpose, and we have screenshots of them overlapping as well and could easily say the same thing. It wasn't deliberate all I was doing was trying to fit it but it wouldn't. That's it and then was told that I was getting a ban report for doing it when I didn't even realise it was going through half the time.

Unfortunately I do not beleive there is enough evidence compiled to enforce punishment.
