Summary: So me as Don Corleone was driving around the map. I was searchig a house around the map, my idea was Little Village. I came there and saw the guy propblocking. He had high walls without a keypad

The accused was found guilty of prop blocking. A blacklist for pte(physgun, tool-gun, props) will be applied.

i talked to the admin and told him that i left the server and rejoind and it didnt remove it

Do not post after a player report is approved or denied.
I see you on the server while the recording was taking place. Even if the props were not removed on rejoining they had to be put there in the first place. As a rule of thumb you should never restore props that you won't immediately see as you could be blocking someone in.
