The ban was the result of me approving this player report: http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=65945
I checked the logs and found that DooZ™(STEAM_0:0:61032702) Dropped $11.000 which you picked up, one minute later he sent you a pm saying you couldn't pick up the money because that is against the rules.
The fact that you didn't answer the pm's Dooz sent you, and you communicating with other people over PM lead me to the conclusion you simply ignored his PM's.

I have ben thinking and I figured out way was happening I was on LAPTOP with no textures so I didn't realize I picked up money and my laptops chats broken so didn't see PMs so I'm am deeply sorry if u unban me I will repay money in full and of you don't could you please consider lowering my bank from a permanent cause I think forever is a bit unfair

I was there at the time, I tried to figure the situation out and you were the only person in bank of america at that time except the trading parties. The money went missing and you walked out.

Afterwards we tried to put the puzzle together, I told them that admins had access to logs.

Most important part: I approached you afterwards and asked why you picked the money up, explaining to you that you had scammed them.

Suspension for accused player King Diamond (STEAM_0:1:91142465) will stay as issued. This is a serious offence and it's also your 12th ban.

Dooz dropped the money and it only took you 2 seconds to pick it up and run out.
The likelihood of this being an accident is very unlikely, you say you accidentally picked it up.
1. You would see text from hovering over the money.
2. The likelihood of aiming exactly on the money 2 seconds after they were dropped..... Close to zero.
