Reason: Prop Spamming, spawning props all over the road
and at the end kills him self with a prop on purpose I believe (spawned above in sky so drops on him)

After reviewing the video and from the confession from him saying "I killed myself"
as to the props, im not sure if it was him, as i couldn't see it on the video but he will receive a ban.
