Summary:
All of the above were working together(notice the similarities in the free websex and Free Connies name) to destroy the atmosphere of the server.
Free websex was the president and he had propblocked himself into his office, and was being Islamophobic in his broadcasts. He ordered these random killings and demoted me or anyone who tried to make things right(un-tazing etc.).
Free Connies and NEOPC3 was walking around killing people for no reason, knocking them unconscious and randomly shooting everyone, no matter if they were goverment or not.
This turned so many people off the server, so many people left and everyone complained about it.
Evidence:
My microphone was not working properly i realized afterwards, it keeps cutting out for some reason(i think, i might have not pressed my activate-voice-button correctly).
