Summary: Broke fearRP, he was supposedly let out of his cell by an officer. I was the sergeant and i did not allow that, however he broke FearRP anyways. The officer did not unarrest him, just let him out his cell... 

He still broke FearRP.. no need for an explanation, heres the evidence:
