Summary: Before this thread is instantly denied for obvious reasons, I advise that you hear me out. Due to NightHawkd's recent cases of admin abuse being denied due to it not being "abuse". I've decided that it was best to make a player report instead for rule breaking that took place. First of all I'd like to talk about the first bit of evidence below. This clip clearly shows that NightHawkd had killed the president for banning cars. As shown in the rules, you cannot do this:

Fair enough, NightHawkd stated that it was "an honest mistake" which in fairness, happens sometimes. But, please note this thread where someone was denied an unban request because he had raided the president for banning cars.

Next, we have our next bit of rule-breakage. NightHawkd is shown to CDM someone and not get out to see if the man was okay. NightHawkd stated that it was a high priority call and didn't stop to check which is fair enough. However, in this thread against TheMJ, he was banned for killing someone whilst he was in a high priority call as shown in this thread:

This is a very similar situation to NightHawkd's where MJ did not exit his vehicle to check if the person was still alive. TheMJ was blacklisted accordingly.

I believe that if NightHawkd cannot be punished for "Admin Abuse", then I believe that he should be punished in the same way that normal players are, each and every day.
