It might be problem with content I think. Not sure about that though.
And that gamemode errors are common I think. I had errors like that almost always.
Keep in mind each addon takes some memory and if you got too many addons it might cause crashes or just degrease FPS.
PS- You might also try deleting contents in garrysmod/garrysmod/downloads/server. Though keep in mind you gonna have to redownload all serverside addons that you did not subscribe. There should be also CityRP content (FL) and some other things downloaded from server.
