As you can see in the video the raid was on the area the Lawless clan had set up, everyone that was a part of that RP had their jobs changed to whatever to do with Lawless, at the end of the video it shows his job is just as a normal gun dealer therefore meaning he wasn't a part of that RP.
Additionally, if you would like to check the logs the gun dealer - JuicySmith was the gun dealer that was involved with the Lawless clan and stated afterwards he didn't know why that gun dealer killed me via OOC.
